Have used this company a few times and where it goes right it works, but when it goes wrong it goes very wrong. They are quick to take your purchase but extreamy slow with refunding... still waiting. Had ordered something they stated was in stock, but as soon as it was paid quickly it was out of stock. Asked for a refund, which was agreed within 5 working days. After 7 working days still nothing and no replies to and contact made to them. I know refunds cam be done instantly so why keep my money that they have not even sent goods for. Terrible customer service received thus far and I actually train people in customer service. Get it right Outdoor and Country.
BARBOUR ORDER:
Bought 2 cashmere and 2 cotton scarves, an umbrella and a raincoat, all Barbour. 100% satisfied! Will buy again for sure!

This company is very silly and you should think very carefully before using it.
My wife ordered a pair of Barbour chinos which did not fit.
We then got into a crazy situation with customer services.If you have a printer you get free returns postage- if you don’t you pay!Why can’t they send a preprinted/ prepaid returns label like all other on the ball operations?
Now you’ve realised we do not have a printer- and did not appreciate their customer service assistant Karina advising us that we should have read their terms and conditions before placing an online order.
I thought she should be pleased we were supporting the company she worked for….!!!
Karina did let the cat out of the bag.They are all working from home ,therefore they do not have access to printers to help us out so essentially it’s the customers problem!
I simply repeat that in my opinion a company exercising this level of thought and philosophy should be avoided.
Really impressed with their delivery and ease of returns. Great products in the sale. I had issues with the colour of backpacks not being accurate but it seems to be the fault of the brand's images not outdoor and country - and their returns were so easy I didn't mind! Thank you will be back
Ordered a pair of boots that unfortunately never arrived. Have been waiting for a refund for over two weeks whilst the Outdoor and Country investigate the disappearance with Royal Mail. Very frustrating and no resolution in sight. I’d be very cautious ordering from them in the future as clearly their courier tracking service leaves a lot to be desired.
My experience with this company is not good. These are all the issues I had so far (and is not finished):
1 Delay of delivery
2 40% overpriced cause unexpected customs duties
3 damaged product
4 no assistance in return shipping
5 only 15 pounds of refund maximum also if the product is damaged
6 long and unsefull corrispondence cause different versions of answer.
The only good item is the on line assistance fast and polite.
I bought a Barbour jacket and it came up a little too big - very impressed with how quick and easy the online exchange process was, better than anywhere I’ve bought online previously!

Great company etc, but watch out as they don't use QR codes for returns/exchanges so you need access to a printer.

Used them for the first time, I messed up the payment, outdoor and Country got back to me sorted the problem, sizing guide spot on, purchased items arrived quickly, will definitely use them again.
